This report goes over the many laws and rules that have shaped our immigration policy from 1790 to 2006. Some notable laws are the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, Chinese Exclusion Act, Immigration Act of 1903, Bracero Agreement, and the Refugee Relief Act.
